- If you have any issues with your order please contact ( fairyxcass@gmail.com ) YOU are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If your item gets delivered to the address you provided but you put the wrong address, it is your responsibility to contact USPS and the owners that live in that address to get your package. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. fairyxcass is NOT responsible for import fees/custom fees or any extra fees you may be charged BY the shipping carrier. placing your order means you understand and take full responsibility for your shipment. if you refuse the package UPS/DHL/USPS WILL DISPOSE of it accordingly. we do not issue refunds for packages that are REFUSED as they are disposed of by the shipping carrier.
