How does it work? 

To get your locket engraved, email us at fairyxcass@gmail.com with your order number and engraving details. We'll send you a preview for your approval of placement and sizing. Confirm your design in that window—if we don't hear back, we'll follow up once more. No response after the second 24-hour period means we'll ship your locket without engraving. ♡ please keep in mind lockets with custom engravings are FINAL SALE and RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

how do i find my order #?

your order number can be found in your confirmation email after placing your order. it should look like this -> #FAIRY12345. your numbers will be unique to your order, please make sure you send the correct ones.

do you accept returns?

we do NOT accept returns with custom engravings. orders with custom engravings are FINAL SALE.
