If you wish to cancel your order, you will have 24hrs after the order was placed. After that, cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to return your item, you will have 7 days from the day it marks as delivered to do so, it must be returned in the same way it was received. returns will be charged an extra shipping fee of $5 within the US. international return pricing varies.  please email fairyxcass@gmail.com with any issues or concerns! <3

Damaged/Lost Items

- If your items arrived damaged you can file a claim through USPS (if you have insurance on your order) but please contact me to let me know.

-If your order says that it was delivered but you don’t have it; I would suggest to contact your local USPS to help locate it. I am NOT responsible for any stolen packages. If you want to add a signature request, you can email me and i will add that to your shipping. It is an extra fee.  Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but won't arrive until 1-2 days later. Give it a day or two to show up before filing a claim with USPS.

- USPS is responsible for lost/stolen packages , not me. contact USPS for lost/stolen packages.
- Having insurance allows you to file a claim through USPS and have them try to locate it.
