follow these steps and your resin piece should last you a long time. ❤︎

DO NOT pull on it harshly DO NOT leave it in the sun for too long , it can cause yellowing. chains are all stainless steel ( gold plated/silver plated etc. ) it is tarnish resistant and hypoallergenic. however, it can lose its color over time with prolonged wear. vintage charms are a brass material, these do tarnish and require extra care. you can use BRASSO or a diy baking soda paste to restore it's shine and color and have it looking as good as new. we offer free cleanings and repairs if you ever need it. as of right now, we only offer this service for our US based customers. 

Everything in my shop is handmade, expect small imperfections. for example: sometimes the resin can leak to the side slightly but this does NOT affect the locket at all. I try to avoid that as much as possible but it can still occur. small bubbles can also appear, not common but it is a possibility. When purchasing you understand that they are not perfect and will have small imperfections. 

FAIRYXCASS offers a lifetime warranty. this includes fixing broken chains if they break, cleanings. all pieces must be available or at least the locket and 75% of the chain. this is a free service, we only charge the shipping fee! as of right now we only offer this to our US customers as international shipping can be very costly.
